Searching for a safety spring for an Orvis Uplander 12ga SLE. Single legged leaf spring, captured by a screw in one end, and there is a nose bearing surface on the other. Will try to provide a picture.

I'd call Orvis to start with. Chances are good they would be one degree of separation from a supplier, if not a maker.
