I am wondering if any of you here can tell me a bit about an old leather/Oak guncase that I have

It is a double gun case for 2 Woodwards, with an original? Woodward label as well. Brown leather over green lining and hi has a gold serial number stamped on the divider

The only identitying marks on it is what looks like a rams skull/horns stamped on the part that secures the strap to the case.

It’s really old but in nice condition

Anyone know of this case?

Ugh…can’t post pics

The Rams head could be Griffin & Howe stamp, you might check with them

Keep trying with the pictures. What is the serial number or serial numbers? What is the address on the label?

I am clicking on the picture icon, and it says to enter URL Image. I am trying to access my iPhone photos

I don’t think it’s a G&H case because it’s really old…the guns are from 1901

No other info on case except serial number and ram head…it could even be Cape buffalo horns…very worn image
