Can anyone tell what to do..I am have a muzzleloader shipped from South Africa ..Now gunmaker tell me I need a cleaning Agent..and what is that?I have had to shotgun made in Italy and that was handful in Washington state..This 4-bore is paid for and shipping is also paid..are they talking custom agent?Or tell who to contact..

You may or may not be able to clear the gun through Customs on your own. If you need help clearing it then you need to hire a customs broker.
