Just so soul destroying here not being able to leave the house and looking at the four walls so I decided to relive the boredom with a walk around the garden. We are just easing out of winter here so just a few spring flowers and a promise of things to come and to remind me that it is just a Lock Down and not the world is coming to an end just yet. Have you any photographs to add?

Beautiful, Damascus! Life does begin anew each spring. And so it will be for us.

Good idea Damascus.

We do not have any flowers up yet, but Rusty is smiling because he knows they are coming.

Two more garden residents decided to flower this week each are from the same family of plants but half a world apart. The small flowers are native "snakes head" fritillaries 12 inches high, the other are Crown Imperial from "Kashmir" 3 foot high. They have one problem they smell dreadful though the looks outweigh that.

Damascus, thank you for sharing your garden with us!
Only the crocus have been blooming here. They actually started blooming through the last of the snow, as is usual here.
