Büchsenmacher Ulbricht may have made this one himself as he advertised as an outlet for the >>Lancaster<< style/type doubles. Too, I believe in some countries >>Lancaster<< referred to the >>Central-Fire<< cartridges. Lovely adornment. I do however wonder why it has 4 signal pins? Or are one brace load indicators and the other brace in battery indicators?

Raimey,
Good pickup on the 4 indicator pins, I also think the front two are loaded chamber indicators. I think he did finish the guns "in house", because the advert.is for "Selbstgefertigter Jagdewehre".

Indeed Ford a possibly homegrown scattergun / Lancaster-Flinte and probably sourced >>in the white<< from Collath(some Fürst Pless - Centralfeuer - Berger variant). I am most curious what springs it utilizes.
