This has been an extremely rewarding build. It's one that evokes a strange feeling now that it is complete. Satisfaction yes, but also a feeling of loss in a weird way. Probably the closest feeling is when you finally pull the trigger to end a magical hunt. The goal is achieved, but your saddened that it's over.

At any rate, I hope you all enjoy the picstures

Bailey, that rifle is so over the top, I can't find adequate words to describe it. A one of a kind piece ............ action and wood. The wood reminds me of what we call "heat lightning", on a hot summer night, when cloud to cloud lightning permeates the sky. Thank you much for posting those pics, and your feelings about it.

Really beautiful guns Bailey, and what a novel and interesting action. I'd love to hear more about the function and design of them. What does the small toplever do? Do they have extractors or ejectors? What caliber is the one that is still in the white? Thanks for sharing them with us.

Thanks Keith.

The little lever is the safety.

This design uses extractors, but they will almost eject the cases with a brisk opening of the action

The rifle in the white is a .450 3 1/4.

Pretty amazing. Unique barely describes this “outside of the box” action. Beautifully made rifles, Bailey.

Nice to know such craftsmanship still exists in this country.
