Super gun with some of the best damascus that I've seen. WOW!
I tried to enhance the small image, and believe the barrels are acid etched 3 Iron "Horseshoe"

F.E. Webb of Oxford 12b refinished by Paul Stevens

Not to be picky but it is J & W Tolley ( two people) not J.W. Tolley (one person).

I sure like my Tolley but at 5 pounds even it’s at the other end of the scale.
Tolleys more or less specialised in big bore wildfowling and punt guns. I have a double 12 bore wildfowl gun made by them. Later they were taken over by Skimmin & Wood who were famous for their light weight 2" chamber guns. A direct opposite end of the scale. I have a little Skimmin & Wood 2" gun marked Tolley. They made good guns. Would love one of their 4 bores but they fetch big money. Lagopus…..
Mine is a 29" single barrel 12 gauge game gun. I love it!
Does the 4 bore have a price? Next, is that a crack across the rib and barrel at about 4" from the breech?
Bill: wise not to attempt a diagnosis from a small low resolution image, but it's probably the ribband edge weld.

It is less likely to be a decarburization line

BTW: this would be an appropriate application of magnetic particle inspection if one wanted to exclude a crack
