The Plantation Gun Club at Carlton, GA is hosting a S x S shoot this coming Saturday, July 28.

Registration starts at 8 A.M. and shooting at 9 A.M. Steak dinner (that's the noon meal for those of you not from around heah' ) included in registration fee.

I have no affiliation with this event, other than a truckload of five of us are driving up Saturday to shoot it.

I've never been to this club. Brush Creek had held a S x S shoot each year for the last five, but no longer. This club looks to be only a few miles from the previous location at Brush Creek.

Stan, this is the "successor" to Brush Creek - the man running this club worked in some way with Brush Creek. This is our first time to make the SxS shoot, although David and I shot several of the pheasant shoots a few years ago.
