I’m not sure if I posted my completed Sow’s ear project, so here it is, Stallones helped me with the barrel blackening (actually he did it while I watched) and he also provided me with a better stain that he'd mixed up. I'm really pleased, I hope y’all like the transformation.

Yeah, what is it? It is a little thick in the grip, but it shows promise. Anyone who can blue a barrel while someone watches can't be all bad. The last sets of barrels I sent out weren't done in two years. I know you will ask, so it's Albright's Gun Shop in Easton, MD.

Sorry about that, I guess it’s been a few months since I originally posted this project gun. It’s a .410 Rossi Squire.

Nice job Steve, and stallones. Can't help but think, maybe try your hand at some simple point pattern checkering. Like the color better, hope you can take it out this fall.
