Ok, at he risk of asking a dumb question, is there anywhere one can get an "Historical" letter on an older Ithaca gun as you can with a Parker, Fox and Winchester? I have looked but I cannot find such a service. I just purchased a copy of Walts "New Ithaca Gun Company, 2nd Edition" for research, but what is there beyond that? I'm looking at a nice Grade 3 ejector 20 gauge, and a letter would be very nice to have. Thanks.

Well, I guess "Historical" letters are not available for Ithaca Shotguns. With the exception of Researcher posting a potential source, I have come up empty in my quest. If anyone has a further suggestion It would be appreciated. Thanks.

Walt will research your gun and write a letter. He did one for me on a NID Field Skeet 20.

I recently asked Walt Snyder for information on a Flues 16. Didn't hear back from him so I a assumed he wasn't offering that service any more.
