CJF	More pics, still only of the rear component, as the front is like other claw mounts. The knurled surface faces the muzzles and when depressed by pulling rearwards to the butt, the claws in the rear pull back, so the scope can pivot up by the rear and come out of both rear and front bases. The rifle I hope to one day fit these to is the the double rifle on the right at bottom. (Both of these double rifles were retailed by Weisgerber. The one on left is a Merkel.)
