James you met Nova a few years ago, he has been the best upland Toller I have owned to date. Been around the breed ~30 years now and have been hooked on them since.

His son Jack who is now 6 months old.

Named him Jack in honor of my FIL who passed away 10 years ago and introduced me to the breed. He was the NSDTR (USA) Rescue Coordinator for Region 1 when it extended from Maine down to Virginia. Pretty sure Jack is going to be every bit as good or better than his dad. Either way looks like a bunch of us are in for a great time this fall! First year hunting for a dog to me is more about getting the dog excited and having fun. But I do demand discipline from the dog at all times.
