I'm hope for some help with proof marks: There are 3 crown marks one with a B , U and S below the crown. To the right of the Crown U is the number 44 with a circle around it. Then below all that is 78.41 below that is 10.07 (the date I believe) below that is the number 16. Further down is the number 14 which also appears on the trigger guard. Also on the barrel are two additional markings 2gr NGP and below that is 12gr BI. Perhaps these are powder and shot proofs.. A picture is available. Thanks for your help.
