I watched this tread today as I had the same problem as Mr. Hallquist.
Last night, on C.J. Opacak "20 GA Fox" thread I had no pics just the box with red cross inside - could not open them. This AM the same.
However, this AM I did get the pics on the "New Hinge Pin" thread and copied them to my Gunsmithing file in "My Pictures". This afternoon, all I got on that thread was the boxes with red crosses inside and I was unable to open them.
"Something" happened about two hours ago, and I now can see all pics everywhere - no problemo. I was off and on the computer several times today with complete start ups and shut downs.
I'm fairly certain this was a problem at my server. I believe Yeti's "DNS SNAFU" and "DNS Updates" comments on Mr. Hallquist's original "Photos on BBS" thread were right on the money.
