Daryl, From the photobucket site forum admin, sounds like a DNS snafu that should resolve for you once your net provider gets the DNS updates into their system: " On Tuesday afternoon, some users that typed in the Photobucket.com URL were temporarily redirected to an incorrect page due to an error in our DNS hosting services. The error was fixed within an hour of its discovery, but due to the nature of the problem, some users will not have access to Photobucket for a few hours as the fix rolls out. It is important to note that only a portion of Photobucket users encountered the problem and that no Photobucket content, password information or other personal information was affected by the redirect. " Try this to get to photobucket via IP- http://209.17.66.11

This is just strange. I can still see all of the photos in the TR's guns post, as I did earlier today. If I can see them, it would seem the problem is not with the photobucket site. Gotta' be something about your system it doesn't like, I would think.

Michael, I think he will hurt himself if he does that! Only if he sticks one of those size 14's into the monitor.

I watched this tread today as I had the same problem as Mr. Hallquist. Last night, on C.J. Opacak "20 GA Fox" thread I had no pics just the box with red cross inside - could not open them. This AM the same. However, this AM I did get the pics on the "New Hinge Pin" thread and copied them to my Gunsmithing file in "My Pictures". This afternoon, all I got on that thread was the boxes with red crosses inside and I was unable to open them. "Something" happened about two hours ago, and I now can see all pics everywhere - no problemo. I was off and on the computer several times today with complete start ups and shut downs. I'm fairly certain this was a problem at my server. I believe Yeti's "DNS SNAFU" and "DNS Updates" comments on Mr. Hallquist's original "Photos on BBS" thread were right on the money.

Although all of the pics did open on the TR post sometimes this happens to me where someone posts several pictures on a post and one or two of them don't open. I just figured the two configurations on the two computers didn't match up or something like that. So, I don't think there is anything wrong with your PC, Daryl. Sometime they just don't all open. Good luck.
