I looked in Schwing briefly this AM but didn't come up with much except the "pre-1938" ad on p. 51, The Browning Superposed. Closeup of twin single flanked by SST (with selector lever located on tang in front of trigger) and SNST on right. The SST patent belonged to Marriner Browning. Apparently this trigger was treated as a stopgap and not used for long. On p. 46, Schwing states that: "Double triggers were offered as standard equipment." The word "offered" suggests intention but nothing is said about sales of this option. After the War, this issue is mute with the choice of another single selective trigger design with the 4-way switch on the top tang.
