Jasck, for my low pressure loads, I try to stay under 1200 fps. I'm guessing you are using it in a 12 ga. I just bought some Winchester AA Lite powder, it's good for 7/8 oz. 1 oz, and 1 1/8 oz loads just change bushings. I haven't tried it yet but it is the same as the Winchester AA Lite load they sell.

7/8 oz. WAALite 12.8 grs. Win. 209 primer WAA12L Wad
1050 fps. 5,500 psi

The only difference is that their load is I believe 26 grams of lead (15/16 oz) and velocity is 980 and psi is 5600.
