I use factory letters to verify to the customer that the gun is original as shipped from factory. It isnt a matter of cost but so that I can be as sure as I can that I am telling the customer the truth.

I have been on the buying end a couple of times when I was told "its factory original" and things didnt quite seem right, but they didnt actually seem wrong. The letter usually clears that up.
