George, did you notice how similar the wood is to that on my HE Fox? If we had been forced to restock it, I would have picked a blank close to this. Not as flashy as the one on Doug Mann's gun, but absolutely to my taste.

Battle, I may never fire it. I agree it is marginal, at best, as it sits today. I am far more collector than shooter. Keith's work came in UNDER budget, so the budget is part way to a Teague liner. It probably still would not get shot while in my custody, but at least it would be ready for the next 100 years.
