So a company isn't allowed to move? I am not trying to be funny. So if the founder dies then so does the company? If I open shop then close shop. Then move to another shop I am not the same company? Even if I am making the same product? Or what if I start a shop then close it then reopen. Only to turn around and sell it. But everything is the same? Just a thought, not trying to stir the pot. I agree with most all of your post.
