I thought Bill to be saying that Remington, having kept one oar poised over the water in a manner of speaking, might actually consider selling a few of their Parker show gun for less than 50K. I happen to know that Remington had a shortfall in production of primers for the reloading trade in 06 due to loss to retirement of personnel "with intimate knowledge of the process". Apparently Remington execs have maintained daily contact with their lawyers and little else. Could that be changing?
