I don't know about the character of Ernie L., but my recollection is that the o/u design has roots to the original Parker Gun co. per some heresay of a Parker collector. If so, what is it about him staking claim to the name that is offensive?

One comment that I see on their site from shooter is something about the "low profile" and recoil. I've never understood what the heck this comment means regarding any gun or how it could be so. If the barrel has a rib of the same height as another gun and the fitted dimensions are the same to the rib, how would "low profile" make any difference? A deeper reciever simply moves the floorplate/trigger/etc lower. Smoke if you ask me.
