I may have misunderstood you...but when I turned the left column off (as you discribed) it removed it for both the individual forums AND the Main Index page...???? I don't see anything on the left side now....(just like it was before the new system update.....)

Dave, Thank you for the option to turn off the left column... now if you could route all of the really great deals in the for sale forum to my PM box, we'll be in business.

OK...I figured out how to let you guys turn off the left column inside the individual forums...However, the left column will always display on the Main Index page.
Now that wasn't there yesterday! Nice going Dave, thank you very much.

Why not just turn it off? Check your Preferences under your account. You can switch it on or off.
Doesn't bother me. Of course, I have a 22" screen.
