I am about to take my great gandfather's 10 ga British sidelock (with 2 7/8" chambers) and Damascus off the wall for a round or two at the skeet range. Wall thickness is in excess of .040 and bores are bright so I don't have any concerns there. Any suggestions for loads would be most appreciated. BTW, it's a Sam Buckley duck gun, with 32" barrels lots of drop to the relatively short stock and will probably kick like a mule. Many thanks!
