Deming and Drucker taught Japan what we already knew but seemed to had forgotten during the 'boom' after WW2.

The Parker Repro (as are the 101, 23, Citori, BSS, etc.) is a great example of American marketeers recognizing the manufacturing quality capabilities of Japanese makers.

I am totally convinced that Bamboozler is correct on the quality of the Repro. But, I will concede that the original guns have more relavent history to Americans and some intangible aura that makes American people pay much money for.

IMO, acknowledging the qualities and value of the Repro doesn't take anything away from the American made guns. In fact, I think it honors the American made guns.
