Bill, I have the Italian edition "L'incisione delle Armi Sportive" -that was graciously
presented to me by a Canadian friend I met through this fantastic BBS- and it seems
it does not have the same pictures. There are some of Mr. Coggan's drawings done
in preparation for actual engravings that are very realistic.

Gaudy/not gaudy: de gustibus non est disputandem. In any case the craftsmanship is
amazing.
