Ken, Thank-you again for your insight and information. I now recall reading something about H Linder's father I think. Maybe it was on this site when I searched older posts but I can't remember. I never put that piece together though. Thank-you for your opinion.
A little more about the gun- The bbls are 30 3/16". LOP is 13 15/16". The gun weighs 9# 2 1/4 oz. It is a 10 ga.
Regarding gun 16004 and your inquiry as to the weight, it weighs 7# 10 oz., heavier than I thought. The bbls are 26" plus maybe a 32nd". The balance point is about 3/8" behind the hinge.
