Unfortunately, no. There are about 45 points of constriction in the paradox choke. If the rifling was completely removed there is no way to restore it. If the rifling has just lost some of its sharp edges with a good deal of "meat" to still catch and spin the bullet it may shoot effectively.

Holland 8 bores are pretty rare, even if it is now a "smooth bore" gun, it may shoot well to 75yds.
