Just an FYI .... by mistake [mine], I typed in
vintageguns[dot]com instead of [dot] co [dot]uk
and got some bogus site that quickly loaded some types of spyware and other garbage on the ol' 'puter, slowing it down to a crawl. Nothing a good sweep shouldn't be able to fix, but a pain to endure whilst it goes about setting everything correct again. All my own fault.
I was a bit taken aback with the bogus site as I was having some diffculties trying to understand the connection between vintage guns and dating services and old funiture [the kind one sits on] and some other sorta weird refs that were on it and THEN I realized where the problem lay ... with the operator, ME! Drat!
Meantime, I have now looked at the correct site and find it a refreshing approach and good solution to a dilemma that many might encounter trying to shop the market for a sound English gun and/or related assistance.
I have it bookmarked and shall make it a point to watch it evolve and wish you and your associates a sterling success for your efforts in constructing the site and the intended services offered. It is my opinion that there are few better qualified to break this ground. I think you have identified a very nice fit for a needed & useful service.

What bad luck! I wonder if there is anything that can be done to stop the other site doing what you unfortunately encountered.

Dig, you really offer services, which are useful for all friends of British Game Guns. Gun Condition Report can save lot of money of foreign customer. English Tuition for foreign sportsmen is too very nice.  Do you help too customer, who is interested about British game rifles (double or bolt)?

Yes, happy to help with rifles too.
The idea for gun condition reports came from the secondhand car market - nobody here would buy a secondhand car without an independednt inspection report. It makes sense for guns too.
