I talked to CSMC last night and, yes, they are still working on RBL Launch Edition guns.
I have a PIF RBL-28 that I ordered on 11/7/08 in the works. There's no rush at this point. If I get my gun in April, that's fine. The weather should be just braking by then and I will have most of the spring and all of summer to play with it.
In the meantime, I have plenty of guns (including 28ga.) to shoot. I'm buying a Zoli Extra Expedition 20ga. today...just what I need, another 20ga birdgun!
My definition of the perfect gun deal is: "Getting rid of a gun you don't want for one you don't need". So, here we go again.
My RBL-20 is still down in TX from last week's quail hunt. So the obvious solution is to buy another gun. The RBL functioned flawlessly by the way.
