Hey Tom & John...
You two seem to be having a urine squirting match on my BBS.
The BBS is a public forum and as stated in both the terms and conditions you agreed to when you joined up and on the main forum disclaimer page. I am not responsible for content and you participate at your own risk.
I do not know either of you so I have no opinion on your personal
issues....I do know that the DoubleGun BBS is not the place to air
your dirty laundry or sling insults at each other.
So here is the plan....I was asked and I have removed the objectionable posts...which would be all of them from either of you. I can remove a post that is deemed objectionable as stated in the terms and conditions of the site. Since I don't know the story the best course of action is to eliminate all the variables.
I will ask you both to play nice from here on out...You may wish to consider avoiding discussions involving certain topics or individuals.
Again...public forum...non-moderated...so I will leave it to your two to settle as gentlemen.
And John...the threat you sent me...aka Lawyer thingy email below was not received well. My fine establishment is me and my wife and kids and honestly I have nothing to do with you your friend or how you choose to communicate with each other. You had to agree to the terms and conditions of the BBS prior to posting and there is a big disclaimer on the front end stating very clearly “participate at your own risk”...and that “I am not responsible for any content”.

Can you please delete the slanderous comment made by Tom Ondrus against me, John Duncan, my wife Cheryl, and my friend Dan Skiles concerning the Wickliffe rifles? I have been a gentleman the whole time I have been on your web forum, but Mr.Ondrus, true to form, has chosen to slander my name, professional integrety, my company, and my wife. If It is not removed, my attorney will have no choice but to include your fine operation in the pending slander law suit. I have written permission to make the Wickliffe Rifle from Mr.Tom Kocis.
