Even though these firearms were produced in large numbers they all have minor variances, so there is probably no standard size that will fit it perfectly. The best way to go about taking on any gun screw is to never use a "factory" ground blade. Find a good fitting oversized bit and grind it to fit perfectly. The time you spend fitting the turnscrew will be well worth it when you take the screw out without any troubles. Be careful with the calipers too, I have seen a number of "smiths" slip on a screw head and scratch the gun. Those tips are very hard and very sharp!
