Yes Sir, you can.
I was born and raised in Augusta, Ga. Spent the first two decades in that wonderful place.
Went to school and into the military, spending just over ten years, until they threw me out.
Spent the next 18 years on one of the islands off the Charleston coast.
Then my beloved wife talked me into retiring and moving to our Summer home in these mountains.
I really do like it here but my heart is in Dixie. I have no doubt that when my wake is held back there, many will notice that I look happier since I came home.
