Daryl: My original response to your original post/picture is a good example how someone can seize on an off-topic bit of information that suits his own situation (Rose & Scroll in context of my AAH) and think one size fits all, because my premise was never tested. The more I tested the premise the more I found it wasn't so cut and dried as I once believed, possibly because others writing on the subject were not tring to distinguish one type of R&S from a different presentation.
This is why the case study method is used in law and business schools, so to a certain extent this forum sometimes resonates like a bunch of lawyers splitting hairs, but it's the best way to move along the learning curve. I'll look you up in Vegas. EDM
