I have owned a fair amount of Parker Repro's over the years. Both 20's and 28's. I have sold all but one of the 20's(kept 28's) because they carried very differently than the 28's. I find the 28's to be a joy to carry and to shoot. For this reason I have been browsing for an original to use as comparison.
We don't see many of this type of gun locally, so it is quite hard to look around. I have been looking and keeping notes on them(and prices), this is nothing of course that I need, but would be fun to compare and hope not to lose money on in the long run.
I will try Chuck's advice and try to see a few in Las Vegas. I'll call the Boise Cabelas as well. The Dundee store said they were willing to transfer that gun to the Lehi(Utah) store for me to check out.
