Speaking of cheap shots, Mr. "Short" Chambers . . .

Gee, it's great that there are all those French OU's out there--IN FRANCE! You yourself admitted in the past that Petriks are not unusual over there, but fairly rare over here. Most of us ain't gonna run over to France to buy a used French OU. Now maybe if they were here . . . different story. But we're swamped with Italian and Japanese OU's; the French OU is scarcely a ripple in the water in this country. COMPARATIVELY SPEAKING (wanted to make sure you saw that, Robert), for that matter, there are not all that many French sxs in this country--compared to, say, Spanish or British.

But I'm certainly glad you added so much to the discussion of a SPECIFIC make of French OU.

Thanks to M. Gournet for adding something of substance to the discussion.

Stay out of this Joe.

Larry,

I was just correcting you...the spelling marshal...If you can go around selectively bitch slapping some members for misspelled words, I feel that I can correct your geography...next time just say French O/U's are uncommon in Jerkwater and you'll be even more correct. I mixed the I & E, you were a whole continent off!

Don't make me break out my Picard Foyolle catalogs and files...

Why do I think of Nurse Ratched, when I read one of Robert's replies?

Robert, I'm sure French OU's are also quite unusual in Jerkwater Wherever the Heck You're From. So no, you didn't "correct" me about anything--but I know you're trying hard, because you need to keep playing this juvenile "get even" game.

Personally, the number of French sxs I have owned is far greater than the number of French OU's I have even handled in this country. How many French OU's have you owned or seen--in this country?

And if you actually have information on Picard Foyalle--hopefully better than the "information" you showed us last time on Darne-patent guns "made by Charlin"--this would be an appropriate time to post it. After all, that is what Ted asked about. And responding with the information posters ask for is pretty much what we try to do here. Some of us, at least.
