Craig,
I did a LC Smith 20g field extractor gun. The job just takes time and some decent machining techniques, then learning traditional regulating and rib soldering techniques. I TIG welded the barrels and used a high temp solder (Hi-Force) for soldering in the barrel spacers and muzzle hourglass. I silver brazed the forend lug on so it will be durable. The forend lug had to be made from scratch. The barrels await my making of a top rib since I went from 28" 20g barrels to 30" 28g tubes and there is a point near the back where the barrels are tapered down where there is a larger than normal space between the barrels.
