I shoot and load fast enough without them and faster with them.

Unless I'm shooting driven birds, I rarely feel I miss many opportunities because of them. When I am and I do, it does not bother me.

There are times when I look at a gun and pass it over because the ejector system fitted is a dodgy old one or has been badly regulated and looks tricky and expensive to fix.
