John Mullin (Patrick's older brother) was in New York @1841-61.
He made Sporting rifles Shotguns and Pistols. Have 2 Cased John.
Mulln 12 G M/L's. Parick showed up @ 1850-probably worked with
John a year or so. Doubt if Patrick's gun were as expensive at
the start. Most likely the quality of his guns were noticed
and demand became greater therfore the price went up. Of the
guns I've seen only two wer mared "Patick Mullin". The others
marked "P Mullin" were Barrell actions fit and finished by
Patrick. Noted by his peers to be the Best. All guns seen
with only screw engaving and not choked. He was The Man and still
is in my book.
