That is 25 round box for the Gamebore BP 2,5 inch, 1,0 oz loads. You must have been looking at some of the Kent TM waterfowl loads, they are 10 rounds per box and about USD30.
Brass hulls, like normal plastic hulls, are quite easy to load. Lots of folks here can tell you how to do it.
I have long used Remington RST hulls, shortened to 65 mm (2 5/8 inches), Remington STS primers, with 1,O oz shot dipper filled with Pyrodex-P or Goex FFg or FFFg, cardboard (nitro) wad over powder, 1/2 inch fiber cushion/filler wad, same shot dipper full of shot, over shot card wad, crimp normally in 70 mm (2,75 inch) loading press. I never mess with roll crimps. In later years I use 7/8 oz shot dipper filled with 777 FFg, one additional nitro card wad, all else the same.
In brass hulls, I used same powder and shot amounts and fiber wads of right size for hull. For thin walled brass hulls, like the original ones, that means 11 and 10 gauge wads. For some modern, thick walled hulls, that means normal 12 gauge wads.
Have won trap shoots from 16 to 18 yard line with scores of 22-24 of 25 targets with these loads.
