I have a 10ga loader set up to load short 10s the ejection stroke isn t long enough to eject much more than the brass on a plastic hull, in fact it is hard to eject tall steel/brass plastic hulls and I resize them in a Mec SuperSizer because of that.

Lee used to make a LeeLoader that looks like a small press, it came with a sizing ring that you pressed down the hull to size the brass and then pressed it back off but again the stroke wasn't long enough. If you can find a sizing ring you might press it on with piece of pipe and then press it back off with a large vise, arbor press or hydraulic press kind of like pressing a bearing on a shaft. L.
