Omnibus driver Franz Denk, was officially known as Bürgerlicher Büchsenmacher and had the distinction of being the Vereinsbüchsenmacher and was also the sole mechanic for the Wiener Schützenverein at the k.k. Franz Denk obtained his k.u.k. Hofbuechsenmacher Sheepskin in January 1918 and has the distinction of one of the very last, if not the very last, mechanic to obtain the title.
