If this is more than an academic exrecise and you want to mix up your own solution I have to tell you in today's world you're going to have trouble buying them without going into hazardous materials regs, requests for how you're going to dispose of the excess, etc.

I've been down this road before. You're better off just buying a prepared browning solution like Laurel Mtn, etc.
