I agree almost completely with what my two-faced backstabbing former internet friend James said here. I too lament the fact that the R's have a majority, but have not yet done nearly enough to punish those responsible for a stolen election, Jan. 6th and other Democrat Lawfare, enabling a mass invasion of illegal aliens to tip the electoral balance in their favor, and let's not forget Fraud on such a massive scale that it has literally stolen a big chunk of the high taxes we all pay. The $19 Billion Ted speaks of in Minnesota has been mirrored in every Blue State, and is a pittance compared to California. He is only speaking of a stolen Budget Surplus, and hasn't touched on much larger Fraud.

I'm still hopeful that the Trump DOJ is still investigating and making airtight cases that result in convictions, or nothing will change. The pendulum will swing back and it may even get worse, as we are seeing with the current power shift toward the Democrat Socialist wing who are literally Communists and Marxists by another name. This morning I started watching a Youtube video with Mike Rowe interviewing a Chinese lady who fled and came here in 1986. I ended up watching the entire video, and wholeheartedly recommend that those with any common sense left with it:



I was especially struck when Mike Rowe asked her what she thought was the most important U.S. Constitutional Amendment. The exchange started around 1:02 in the video after they had been discussing the Cancel Culture the Left uses as a tool to silence their opponents. Without hesitation, she said the 2nd Amendment was by far the most important, although she gave no indication that she herself owned or used firearms.

The DoubleGunShop Cancel Culture has for years done all it could to stifle or shut down any 2nd Amendment discussions, and has done all they could to disrupt and then derail them. Then when they got any push-back at all, there was inevitable bickering and then demands to lock it down or delete it. I freely admit that I have very often been unable to contain myself from angrily pointing out their game. I saw it back on 2008 right after I joined, and noticed how the Canadian anti-gunner King Brown started shit-storms that I wasn't even involved in.

Back to the Post I QUOTED above before I get sidetracked... James says the vast majority of Democrats are not the problem. But they are. They are the only people who have and use the power of supporting and voting for the Long March to the Left, which includes infringing on our Gun Rights. The Chinese lady in the Mike Rowe video accurately points out that the Long March has two meaning for the Chinese Communists, and the current one is the patient ability to infiltrate our schools, our government, and our Judicial System. James got that 100% right. She notes that the Liberal Left infiltration into our schools began in the 1920's, and now has negatively influenced the minds of a majority of students and future voters.

Closer to home, we have Gun Owners who support and elect the very people who patiently attack our 2nd Amendment bit by bit, because they know doing it all at once would probably go very badly for them. This same bit by bit attack on Gun Rights is even more advanced in England, Australia, Canada, and elsewhere. It didn't just happen. To a large extent, the Gun Owners in those countries remained civil and peaceful and allowed it to happen. I'm sure there were many who still voted for the anti-gun politicians. And I'm sure there were many like James who felt the best way to win was to just go along to get along. Remaining civil and coddling those who were enabling the attack on their guns was more important than fighting to win.

Well how's that working out for them?

So they are losing, and losing badly. There was a little Push-Back on the Canadian Long Gun Registry, but the records were never destroyed as the roll-back required. It was then followed by the more recent bans on handguns and semi-auto rifles, and the Canadian Gun Owners are hardly heard from anymore. I suppose they all saw what happens when you stand up to the Leftist Dictatorship when the Trucker protested during Covid-19, and had their personal banking and monetary funding confiscated and even their fuel supplies taken away.

I have family members who literally said they sold their homes and businesses in California because of how bad is has gotten due to regulations, high taxation, homelessness, crime without penalties, drug legalization, illegal immigration, and all the other bad things their Democrat lawmakers and One-Party rule imposed on them. A couple retired early because they told me they could see the writing on the wall, and wanted to sell their homes while they still had value. They had to pay big money for Health Insurance because they willingly gave up their employee health care benefits by retiring before Medicare age.

Yet, when I texted some Joe Biden and Democrat Memes to them that I thought were relevant to their flight from California, all but one male cousin angrily told me they still planned to vote for Biden or Kamala, and would never vote Republican. When I asked how they could possibly do that after living through Democrat rule, and fleeing from it to move to Red States, they all replied with the same DNC lies and Bullshit that Democrats have used to brainwash their followers for decades. They said Trump would end Social Security, he would raise their taxes and give it all to himself and his billionaire friends, he would put poor people and minorities in Concentration Camps, and more. They said he would become a Dictator and never leave office. They were 100% convinced of these things even though none of that happened in his first term. And better yet, they told me they didn't even want to hear anything more about it, and would never even look at anything proving they were wrong. They 100% believed MSNBC, CNN, NY Times, and Liberal Fake News, and won't even look at any alternatives. I look at news from both sides, and use my brain to decide which might be telling the truth. They immediately reject and shut down anything but what they have been brainwashed to believe.

This stupidity is exactly how Red States become Purple, then drift to Blue... along with voter fraud and turning a blind eye to Illegal Aliens voting. And it would be just as stupid for me to continue to welcome any Gun Owner who votes for anti-gun Democrats and thus undermine me and the rest of us. I seriously don't care if that means we won't hunt together or socialize... And I sure won't sing Kumbaya with them on a firearms forum while they all continue to engage in the very behaviors their own Cancel Culture wishes to quash and Censor. Others may be fooled by it and fall for their lies, but I've seen enough evidence to know playing Footsie with them only enables them and silences their opponents.
