Anyway….
I always thought of Oregon as having a pretty good outdoor culture, a place that folks gravitated to for the fishing, hunting, and open spaces. People I went to school with relocated there, one went to work for the railroad, one went to Freightliner, they should be at the end of long, productive careers about now. Both hunted and fished.
I don’t see people relocating to New Jersey, Hawaii, or Rhode Island for the wide open spaces and hunting and fishing opportunities. Oregon, it would seem they would.
I’m troubled by what happened, even if it didn’t come to fruition.

A solid, reasonable evaluation, and position, I think.
I have friends out that way, and while they were not concerned that the anti-hunting and fishing idiocy was going to become law, they did what they could to help stomp it flat - without emoting all over social media about it.
