I like Cabelas bought last handgun from them. G33 free shipping and FFL transfer from Nevada location.

Good luck buying vintage doubles at Cabela’s, you're on your own. The info provided at most locations regarding listings is nonexistent. I saw listing there recently for a 28" 12 gauge with an advertised weight of 4 lbs.

I was intrigued and puzzled by the OP, as thanks to Imgur blocking the U.K. I can only see a blue rectangle with “content not viewable in your region”.
Reading the subsequent comments I assume it showed a wall thickness gauge.
Was Bigfoot struggling to get an accurate reading?

Adrian, try this: ![[Linked Image from i.ibb.co]](https://i.ibb.co/jZMScDCk/IMG-1211.jpg) Let me know if it doesn’t work for you anymore, and we will figure something else out. Cabelas is a large retail operation here in the states. The help is seldom versed in any aspect of firearms. Best, Ted

Thanks Ted, that picture is fine and I am familiar with Cabelas from the ongoing forum threads chronicling their decline.
I take it that Bigfoot had wandered off to look for a better firearms reference library?

I was just trying to be silly... Saw the BWT gauge sitting there and remembered dozens of threads about Cabela's short comings and not having one available, let alone the skill to use it and all that jazz. I spent most of my time in the store locked in a debate with my son about why the giantic $40 lure was what he needed vs. the 2x $12 lures I was willing to buy him.... $12 isn't exactly cheap... but never in my life have I thrown two Andrew Jackson's in the lake.

I have to say, that gage is doing admirable work as a bookend.
fiery, dependable, occasionally transcendent
