This is my 12th year offering guys to come hunt wild birds in South Dakota.

I now live in eastern South Dakota. Moving sucks but well worth the effort!

I'm hearing and seeing pheasants every day (and night in my shelter belt) at my new home.

Bird numbers for hunting will again be excellent. Last winter was relatively mild with minimal snow. I hunted the middle of January from my house. No deep snow, forage was abundant and pheasants were prevalent.

Pheasants are the main bird yet we always get some Sharptail grouse and a few Prairie chickens.

We have had some spring rain. Corn and beans have emerged quickly in the fields.

I have mostly repeat guys who stay from 5-20 nights to hunt. The guys who stay here have become good friends over the years.

I provide excellent indoor accommodations for your hunting dogs in the dog barn and garage. (My firm policy is no dogs allowed in the house)

Indoor bird cleaning area with designated bird freezer adds to the great amenities provided.

References are gladly furnished upon request.

If you have been thinking of hunting South Dakota send me a message so I can answer questions and give you all the details. Please include your phone number so I can give you a call.

This year all of my offers will include lodging with meals provided. I will be hosting you all season.

Price for the five nights is $800.

50% down is required to reserve your spot.
