I see you first glue the stink to the pad, and the cut and trim the leather, normally all other people I see first cut and trim then glue. I will try your way.
Also I have read alcohol makes the skin easier to mold than water. Not sure if this is true.
Still need to practice a LOT!
I have seen photos where the tow if much more rounded, thus making the job far easier. But of course, then there is little challenge!
