Hal would you please correct the typos? There are so many that I can't read between the lines.
Stan, awhile back, Hal told us that his vision is getting pretty bad, which might explain the typos. He also told us that he was attempting to donate his 10 ga. Dawson shotgun to the Teddy Roosevelt Library, and I suspect this was an update. He says he thinks the shotgun belonged to the cook at TR's ranch, so I wish him luck in getting it to a place where it will be appreciated.
Any recent information? I'm trying to donate my English Dewson lightweight percussion 10-bore to Teddy Roosevelt park. It supposedly belonged to the cook at his ranch who brought it from New York where he had used it on passenger pigeons. I don't know whether Dewson was a maker or a retail name. Old V.M. Starr of Eden, SD jug choked it for me and I shot it for many years.
