Living within a stove pipe isn't a good way to live. Go everywhere to get your information and fact check it yourself. Better off, go outside and take the dogs for a run and shoot a round or two of clays.

PS. I was in a senior center gym the other day and listened to politics between members. Put on some 60 and 70s music and tuned it all out and did my work out while watching birds outside chase each other doing the spring fling

This to shall pass and life goes on.
